The basic ingredients of our supply chain services comprise sheet metal production, powder coating and assembly. Well-trained, local professionals work on state-of-the-art machines at our branch in Humpolec (Czech Republic). The branch is headed by a Dutch management.
Metal components according to your specifications
Unique copies, small series or components in medium-sized series? They are manufactured exactly according to your specifications in aluminium, steel and stainless steel. Our experienced specialists use state-of-the-art machines for welding, cutting, punching and bending. In collaboration with reliable partners we also offer other operations such as laser cutting (tube laser), processing with CNC machines and polishing operations. No matter what the requirement, we will make it for you in aluminium, steel and stainless steel!
Metal components according to your specifications

Our experienced specialists use state-of-the-art machines for welding, cutting, punching and edging. We also offer other operations such as laser cutting (tube laser), processing with CNC machines and polishing operations, in collaboration with reliable partners. No matter what the requirement, we will make it for you in aluminium, steel and stainless steel!
Laser cutting, punching and bending
In order to ensure an optimal level of service, we would like to know the functional and decorative requirements that the product must meet, as quickly as possible. Our production engineers will therefore assist you from the start. In consultation with you they will determine the most suitable production technology. We can apply various techniques in collaboration with our suppliers. A number of techniques have been described below.
Laser cutting
In consultation with you, we achieve the required end result with sheet metal according to a 3D model. We jointly work out the radii and rectify the cutting result. Depending on your wishes, we also add as many functions as possible in the component to be cut. We can for example mark the components or engrave demarcation lines as an aid during assembly. If traceability is desired, we can engrave a code into the product.
Material
Fibre lasers, CO2 lasers or 3D tube lasers are used, depending on the material. In most cases, SixPointTwo uses components between 0.3 and 5 kg and metal thicknesses from 1 to 12 mm. By applying various laser cutting techniques, we can manufacture small series at competitive prices. Depending on the desired surface treatment, structural steel is not cut with oxygen but with nitrogen. The cutting edges are finished mechanically.
Bending
Based on the 3D model, our engineers prepare the bending programme. We try to work on first-time right basis, in which bending corrections are predicted by the software. All pressbrake operations are carried out by in-house experts. This ensures that the right quality of the to be welded and/or to be assembled materials. Since speed and accuracy are decisive for the cost price, we have a highly qualified bending team with sophisticated Trumpf bending machines.
Welding
In order to ensure optimal quality, our welding teams work in separate product lines for steel and aluminium. Welding specialists have an important role to play in SixPointTwo. We apply the most appropriate welding technology when connecting metal parts into components, as in the assembly of modules. TIG, MIG, MAG, spot welding or robot welding?
Our experts have mastered the minutest details of traditional and modern welding techniques. We deliver flawless products with utmost attention to the linear dimensions and the correct finishing.
Certified quality
The welding activities of SixPointTwo are certified according to international quality standards:
– EN 1090 (welding process);
– EN ISO 3834:2005 (Quality Management);
– EN ISO 14 731 (inspection).
Traceability
All production stages are fully controlled, followed and monitored by the production management system. As a result, we not only work efficiently, but can also ensure a high quality level.
For a number of customers or product groups, full traceability on the material stream is also available, in which the material characteristics can be guaranteed based on the material certificate. Among other things, this is important for constructions that are certified according to EN 1090.
